APPLICATION, CREDIT CHECK, AND REFERENCES REQUIRED from EACH person seeking residence.

Lease required:

ONE person (Lessee) signs the lease and is responsible for the rent and meeting the terms and conditions of the rental contract.

LESSEE must seek and receive prior written consent from the landlord before letting ANY OTHER person-co-occupy the premises.

LEASE PERIOD is presumed to be one year.

Security Deposit equal to one month's rent must be submitted with the application.

If the application is not approved, the deposit will be refunded promptly less a processing fee $50.00 per applicant.*

Keys are issued when the first month's rent is received.
